ESARJ is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to analyze market dynamics across EV charging, energy, and e-mobility sectors. You will identify growth opportunities, prepare feasibility studies, and support executive-level decision-making with robust analyses.

Responsibilities include financial modeling, profitability assessments, and evaluating new business areas, while coordinating internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

Job description

What awaits you in this role

• Analyzes market, competitor, customer and sector trends in EV charging, energy and e-mobility markets.
• Identifies and evaluates new business areas, partnerships and commercial growth opportunities.
• Prepares feasibility studies, financial models, profitability analyses, pricing evaluations and scenario assessments.
• Assesses business models in terms of scalability, sustainability, profitability and operational feasibility.
• Monitors business development projects through growth, revenue, profitability, efficiency and customer value indicators.
• Follows regulatory, ESG and sustainability developments to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Coordinates internal and external stakeholders for business development initiatives and prepares executive-level decision-support materials.

What we expect

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field,
• Experience in business development, market analysis, pricing, financial feasibility, commercial projects or strategic growth,
• Knowledge of or interest in EV charging, energy, technology or mobility sectors,
• Ability to analyze market dynamics, competition, customer trends and sector developments,
• Experience in financial modeling, profitability analysis, scenario planning or performance tracking,
• Strong stakeholder coordination, prioritization, reporting and presentation skills,
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills,
• Excellent command of English.
