Job summary

Entek Elektrik, a Koç Group energy division company, seeks an Internal Audit professional to support planning, execution and follow-up of audits across functions. You will analyze financial data and processes, identify risks, and drive action plans with business units.

The role offers exposure to a growing energy sector, opportunities for cross-functional collaboration, and development within Koç Group’s audit framework. Hybrid work and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, or related field.
• Ideally 2 to 4 years of professional experience in audit, internal control, or risk management; multinational or large firm experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with data and processes.
• Detail-oriented with data and financial information.

Responsibilities

• Support Internal Audit in planning, executing and following up on audits.
• Collect, review and analyze information, documentation and audit evidence.
• Follow up on findings and action plans within defined timelines.
• Communicate professionally with business units and coordinate audit activities.
• Meet Koç Holding Audit Group Presidency requirements accurately and on time.
• Perform data, financial and process analyses as part of audits.
• Identify process improvements, control weaknesses and risks.
• Prepare clear, fact-based analyses and audit reports.
• Own assigned tasks and ensure deadlines and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
• Ideally, 2 to 4 years of professional experience in audit, internal control, or risk management; experience within a large multinational corporation, financial institution, or leading audit/advisory firm is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify the underlying causes of issues.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with data, financial information, and business processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Patient, constructive, and persistent in engaging with business units, maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach while consistently and patiently driving follow-up to achieve the desired outcomes.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining deadline-oriented and quality-focused.
• Curious about how the business operates beyond numbers and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Internal Audit Department in planning, executing and following up on audit activities.
• Collecting, reviewing and analyzing relevant information, documentation and audit evidence
• Following up on audit findings and action plans, ensuring that agreed actions are tracked and completed within the defined timelines.
• Maintaining effective and professional communication with business units and supporting coordination throughout the audit process.
• Supporting the Internal Audit Department in meeting the requirements and expectations of Koç Holding Audit Group Presidency accurately and on time.
• Performing data, financial and process analysis as part of internal audit activities.
• Contributing to the identification of process improvement opportunities, control weaknesses and potential risks.
• Preparing clear, structured and fact-based analyses and supporting audit reporting activities.
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks and ensuring that deadlines and quality expectations are consistently met.
