Job summary

YEO in Kartal, Istanbul, seeks a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join the finance team. You will oversee international subsidiary accounting, ensure compliance with local regulations and a uniform chart of accounts, and drive accurate month-end and year-end closes across borders.

The successful candidate will hold a CPA/SMMM, 13+ years of multinational accounting experience, full professional English, and strong IFRS knowledge, with leadership skills to mentor the accounting team and report

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum 13 years of accounting experience (preferably in multinational companies).
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• CPA/SMMM license holder.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/UFRS applications.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
• Experience with Canias ERP system.
• Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing accounting processes of international subsidiaries in accordance with local regulations and uniform chart of accounts.
• Executing month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Overseeing tax planning and preparation of tax declarations.
• Supervising VAT refund processes.
• Managing e-invoice, e-ledger, and e-archive operations.
• Conducting budgeting, cash flow analysis, and financial evaluations
• Preparing statutory financial statements and reporting to senior management.
• Leading, guiding, and developing the accounting team.
