Job summary

YEO in Kartal, Istanbul, seeks a highly skilled Accounting Manager to join the finance team. You will oversee international subsidiary accounting, ensure compliance with local regulations and a uniform chart of accounts, and drive accurate month-end and year-end closes across borders.

The successful candidate will hold a CPA/SMMM, 13+ years of multinational accounting experience, full professional English, and strong IFRS knowledge, with leadership skills to mentor the accounting team and report

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
Minimum 13 years of accounting experience (preferably in multinational companies).
Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
CPA/SMMM license holder.
Strong knowledge of IFRS/UFRS applications.
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
Experience with Canias ERP system.
Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and team management skills.

Responsibilities

Managing accounting processes of international subsidiaries in accordance with local regulations and uniform chart of accounts.
Executing month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Overseeing tax planning and preparation of tax declarations.
Supervising VAT refund processes.
Managing e-invoice, e-ledger, and e-archive operations.
Conducting budgeting, cash flow analysis, and financial evaluations
Preparing statutory financial statements and reporting to senior management.
Leading, guiding, and developing the accounting team.
