Videographer

We are looking for a Team Player that understands video production techniques and has a good eye for quality visual narrative, a bonus if you are interested in Singapore and overseas real estate. You will work directly with various teams to create varied and engaging video content.

What can I expect to be?

● Team Player - Work closely with different people to create aesthetic content for projects and company branding.

● Video Production Specialist - Responsible for all stages of a video production, from Pre to Post-Production.

● Multi-Project Manager - Lead production proposals; planning and managing timelines to produce deliverables.

● Problem Solver - Takes initiative in providing solutions to tackle impromptu situations.

● Keep up with industry trends and develop new video methods to increase video quality and engagement.

● Any other related ad hoc duties as assigned.

What do I need?

● Minimum 3 years' proficiency in video editing and content creation with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, ....) and Capcut.

● Strong understanding of Sony camera systems, usage of gimbals and good videography techniques.

● Experience in facilitating communication, conceptualisation, and scripting of campaign ideas.

● Willing to learn and facilitate livestream productions.

● Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

● Proficiency in Mandarin and/or other Mother Tongue languages is a plus.

● Bonus if you have an interest in real estate.
