Job Description
  1. Social Media Account Matrix Management: Lead end-to-end operations for brand and product accounts across key overseas social platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), including account optimization, compliance maintenance, daily content publishing, timely response to user comments and direct messages, and fan community engagement. Build a unified yet platform-adapted brand image system aligned with core brand values, continuously improving account health, fan engagement, and user loyalty.
  2. Promotion Planning & Campaign Strategy: Develop quarterly and monthly SNS promotion plans based on annual brand goals, target market consumer habits, and platform traffic trends—defining core KPIs, execution roadmaps, and leading implementation. Create differentiated creative campaigns (e.g., TikTok challenges, Facebook live sessions, Instagram interactive topics) around product USPs, seasonal promotions (Christmas, Black Friday), and overseas trends. Produce high-impact original content (including copy, video scripts, hashtags) to drive precise user reach, conversion, and uplift in follower growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
  3. Visual Content Oversight: Generate precise creative briefs for images and short videos (covering style, key messages, dimensions, usage scenarios) based on content themes and brand VI guidelines. Coordinate with design teams and track production progress. Possess basic visual creation skills, independently using tools like Canva and CapCut for simple graphics, video editing, and subtitle optimization. Rigorously review all visual assets to ensure brand alignment, platform compliance, and audience appeal—enhancing content attractiveness and shareability.
  4. Influencer Collaboration & Amplification: Establish a system for sourcing and evaluating overseas influencers, identifying KOLs/KOCs (focus on TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) via platform searches, third-party tools, and industry networks. Manage end-to-end collaboration: outreach, proposal development, contract coordination, content review, posting follow-up, and payment processing. Partner with influencers on product reviews, co-created content, live sales, etc., to amplify brand exposure and boost user trust and purchase intent.
  5. Data Tracking & Strategy Optimization: Build a multi-dimensional performance tracking system. Monitor core metrics weekly/monthly using platform analytics (Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics) and third-party tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social), including impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rate, and conversions. Conduct in-depth analysis of content performance, campaign results, and user profiles. Generate data reports to derive actionable insights and continuously refine content strategy, campaign formats, and channel approach—improving overall ROI.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency. Possess near-native English reading and writing skills, capable of independently creating copy that aligns with overseas users’ expression habits. Fluent in spoken English, able to communicate seamlessly with overseas influencers, users, and partners for business discussions and daily coordination.
  2. At least 1 year of hands‑on experience independently operating mainstream overseas social platforms (especially TikTok and LinkedIn), with deep understanding of platform policies, algorithm mechanisms, and user preferences. Candidates with proven success in growing an account from scratch or achieving significant follower growth are preferred.
  3. Demonstrated ability in planning and executing overseas social media marketing campaigns, with skill in tailoring content strategies to different platform characteristics. Strong English copywriting skills across varied content styles—including product pitching, brand storytelling, and campaign promotion—and keen sensitivity to trending topics overseas.
  4. Data‑driven mindset, able to conduct basic data collection, analysis, and visualization using analytics tools. Logical thinker with strong problem‑solving and summarization skills; quick learner who can adapt rapidly to platform algorithm updates and industry trends.
  5. Prior overseas study, living experience, or relevant industry background is preferred, especially with deep understanding of target markets (e.g., Europe, North America, Southeast Asia) in terms of culture, social habits, and consumer psychology. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with basic design or video editing tools is a plus.
