Job summary
A local HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Operation Assistant (Logistic) to support the logistics team. The role involves generating quotations, managing stock, and liaising with suppliers. Ideal candidates should have preferable experience in logistics and be willing to receive training. The position offers a salary starting from $2,000 to $2,800 depending on experience. Office location is in Changi North.
Qualifications
- Preferable work experience with Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Training Provided.
Responsibilities
- Generate Quotation: Liaising & coordinate with Sales team on sales order and enquiries.
- Purchasing: Issue PO to suppliers, liaise with suppliers and follow up the order status.
- Stock Receiving & generate Goods Received Notes (GRN).
- Issue D/O and arrange for goods delivery to customer.
- Picking, packing and labeling of products.
- Perform Stock Count.
- Monitor Stock Level.
- Ad-hoc job assigned by management.
Operation Assistant (Logistic)
Working Day: Mon-Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Office Location: Changi North
Salary: Start from $2,000 - $2,800 (Depend on Experience)
