Front Desk & Admin Coordinator - Customer Service
Job summary
A leading education service provider in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service representative. The role involves attending to customers, handling student registration, preparing invoices, and supporting teachers in administrative functions. Ideal candidates should have strong customer service and communication skills. This is a full-time position with working hours from 10:20 AM to 7:20 PM on weekdays and 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM on weekends.
Qualifications
- Ability to attend to customers promptly via various channels.
- Experience in handling student registration and course changes.
- Skills in invoice preparation and payment collection.
Responsibilities
- Attend to all walk-in potential customers and existing parents.
- Handle registration of new students and requests from existing ones.
- Prepare invoices and handle payment collection.
- Support teachers with administrative tasks.
