Job summary

A leading education advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service / Admin Coordinator. This role requires attending to customers, managing registrations, and supporting teachers. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and relevant customer service experience, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive. This position involves a five-day work week with competitive pay between $2200 - $2800.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers, phone calls, messages, and emails.
  • Handle student registrations and requests.
  • Prepare invoices and manage payment collections.

Customer Service / Admin Coordinator

Working Days: 5 days work week
Working Hours: Weekdays (10.20 am to 7.20 pm), Weekends (8.30 am to 6.30 pm)
Salary Range: $ 2200 - $2800
Location 1 : Marine Parade & Tampines
Location 2 : Hougang & Bishan & Ang Mo Kio

1) Customer Service
  • Attend to all walk-in potential customers and existing parents, phone calls, WhatsApp messages and emails promptly and professionally
  • Handle registration of new students, attend to requests pertaining to change of courses and time slots by existing students/parents, handle termination of courses by existing students
  • Upkeep of Centre’s student management system and perform audit of system regularly
2) Administration
  • Prepare invoices and handles payment collection
  • Prepare debtors listing and send reminders for late payment
  • Maintain petty cash and prepares daily collection report
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager
3) Teachers’ Support
  • Support teachers in photocopying and preparing of materials and resources
  • Assist teachers in the dismissal of classes and attendance taking
  • Participate in file checking and results tracking
Job Requirement
  • Minimum Diploma
  • With relevant customer service experience is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive & computer literacy
