Job description

4 months contract | School setting | Choa Chu Kang

08:30am to 04:30pm (Monday to Thursday)
08:30am to 04:00pm (Friday)

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls at Call Centre to assist students/parents, members of public with regards to:
  • Online application for full-time and part-time courses
  • Simple course advising on full-time and part-time courses (i.e. min. entry requirement for full-time and part-time courses, registration period, course fees, appeal process, vacancies available etc)
  • General queries
  • Reply emails from public/parents/students
  • Student matters (i.e. reset of password, bursary/financial assistance application/status, purchase of subsidized laptops, lockers, graduation, lost & found, certs collection, cert replacement etc)
  • Any other queries (i.e. rental of facility, interns for company, parking etc)
• Other administrative duties include:
  • PSEA form checking and sorting
  • Preparing letters to be mailed out to students
  • Certificates packing and distribution
  • Able to assist outreach team on tour duty when needed
