Your Impact: What You'll Do
  • Support Student Learning: Work directly with students in small groups or one‑on‑one, leading reading sessions, educational games, and activities that make learning fun and effective.
  • Empower Every Child: Provide dedicated support to students with additional needs, helping them achieve their individual learning goals and thrive in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with Teachers: Partner with class teachers to prepare engaging lesson materials, organize the classroom, and contribute to a positive, high‑quality learning environment.
  • Ensure a Safe & Nurturing Community: Actively participate in the pastoral life of the school, supervising students during breaks, outings, and transitions, and promoting their well‑being and independence.
Who We Are Looking For:
  • A minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1‑2 years of experience in a school setting (experience in an international school or with learning support is a plus).
  • A genuine passion for working with children and a patient, empathetic nature.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑player attitude.
  • A proactive, "can‑do" spirit, comfortable in our fast‑paced and dynamic school environment.
  • Working location: Central west
