Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to lead and manage an export operations team. The role involves overseeing daily export operations, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating with shipping lines to resolve issues. Candidates with relevant experience in export operations are encouraged to apply. The position offers a basic salary of up to $3800 plus variable bonus, located near Macpherson. Qualifications
- Relevant experience in export operations is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage the export operations team.
- Oversee daily export operations including documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate with shipping lines and customers to resolve issues.
- Monitor workflows and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Review export documentation and report performance.
- Basic up to: $3800 + VB
- Location: 5 minutes from Macpherson
- Industry: Health and nutrition
- Air conditioned warehouse
- Lead, train, and manage the export operations team to achieve performance and service targets.
- Oversee daily export operations including inbound handling, storage, packing, pick and pack, booking confirmation, AWB, BL, manifest checking, and documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, and agents to resolve issues, delays, and disputes efficiently and professionally.
- Monitor workflows, allocate resources effectively, implement SOPs, and ensure compliance with carrier, customs, and internal requirements.
- Review export documentation, make independent operational decisions, and report team performance, issues, and improvement opportunities to management.
