Summary

• Basic up to: $3800 + VB
• Location: 5 minutes from Macpherson
• Industry: Health and nutrition
• Air conditioned warehouse

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage the export operations team to achieve performance and service targets.
• Oversee daily export operations including inbound handling, storage, packing, pick and pack, booking confirmation, AWB, BL, manifest checking, and documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, and agents to resolve issues, delays, and disputes efficiently and professionally.
• Monitor workflows, allocate resources effectively, implement SOPs, and ensure compliance with carrier, customs, and internal requirements.
• Review export documentation, make independent operational decisions, and report team performance, issues, and improvement opportunities to management.
