- Lead & Inspire: Mentor and develop a high-performing admissions team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and shared success.
- Drive Strategy: Develop and execute data-informed admissions strategies to meet and exceed enrolment targets across all school divisions.
- Build Relationships: Serve as a key ambassador, building trust with prospective families from diverse backgrounds and confidently sharing our school's unique value.
- Optimize the Journey: Oversee and refine the entire admissions lifecycle—from tours and open houses to application review and onboarding—ensuring every touchpoint is professional and personal.
- At least Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in admissions, sales, or a related client-facing leadership role, ideally within an international school environment preferred.
- Proven leader who excels at coaching teams, analyzing data, and driving results.
- You have exceptional communication skills, high cultural intelligence, and a genuine passion for connecting with families.
- You are a strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, motivated by the goal of building a strong, diverse school community.
