• Lead workplace and site safety, health, and security compliance.

• Implement and monitor safety practices/SHS activities per laws and site standards (incl. construction and cleanroom protocols).

• Promote a safety-first culture across operations.

• Manage EHS execution and admin: daily reports, inspections, safety meetings, and site initiatives.

• Share site EHS findings/data with company stakeholders.

• Liaise with client and main-contractor safety personnel.

• Supervise on-site work of FSO and Factory Support Engineers to ensure safe operations.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH (Level C) and registered WSHO (MOM).

• 2–3 years’ relevant WSH experience; cleanroom exposure is an advantage.

• Related safety/health certifications are an advantage.

• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

• Proactive and can work well independently and in teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; organized, detail-oriented, with solid presentation skills.
