Job summary

A government cybersecurity agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced leader to supervise and drive cyber capacity building initiatives. Job description
What the role is

You will join and supervise a team in CSA to drive cyber capacity building efforts to build Singapore’s voice and influence in international and regional cybersecurity discussions. In this role, you will spearhead and oversee cyber capacity building initiatives at the ASEAN‑Singapore Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence, playing a key role in the design and delivery of capacity building programmes and collaborating with both internal and international stakeholders to enhance global cyber resilience. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic cyber and digital security cooperation efforts across bilateral and multilateral platforms. Your work will contribute to positioning Singapore as a recognised thought leader in regional and international cyber and digital security discourse.

What you will be working on
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of Singapore’s cyber capacity building strategy to advance national cyber and digital security interests
  • Collaborate with internal and international stakeholders to design and execute impactful capacity building programmes to strengthen cyber resilience
  • Lead the team overseeing end‑to‑end execution of capacity building initiatives at the ASEAN‑Singapore Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence, including programme design, stakeholder engagement (partners, vendors and participants), and operational coordination (administration and logistics)
What we are looking for
  • Possess tertiary qualifications
  • At least 7 years of working experience
  • Relevant experience in executive education and operational experience in event and workshop management
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to interact with all levels of stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
  • Team player who possesses independent thinking and able to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision

Note: CSA will be shifting to Punggol Digital District (PDD) in year 2026.
