  • Oversee R&D project deliverables, evaluate outcomes, manage budgets, and resolve challenges.
  • Develop and forecast technology requirements, create roadmaps, and shape R&D initiatives within assigned cybersecurity areas.
  • Conduct studies and prepare briefs on global and local cybersecurity trends for management.
  • Provide secretariat support to relevant committees and workgroups, and organise local and international outreach events as needed.
What we are looking for:
  • Relevant qualification(s) in Business or Computer Science/Engineering with an interest in cybersecurity. Candidates from other disciplines may be considered, dependent on relevant working experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and conceptualise complex issues, providing clear actionable solutions.
  • Highly adaptable with the capacity to thrive independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills, with a focus on precise execution.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills to effectively engage and influence both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, handle sensitive issues, and present ideas with clarity and conciseness.
  • Experience with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), public policy, and programme and research management is an advantage. Take up the challenge to make a difference to Singapore's cybersecurity landscape and apply now!
