  • Lead Generation & Acquisition: Proactively identify, qualify, and acquire new SME clients across various sectors in Singapore.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand client needs across financing, management services, and growth strategy.
  • Solution Pitching: Effectively present Mirae Advisory’s suite of customized services, including business financing, strategic consulting, and grant support.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the Singapore SME market.
What are we looking for:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services, consulting, or SME segment.
  • Strong networking skills and an established professional network in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter with a high degree of motivation and a results-driven mindset.
  • An understanding of business financing products (loans, trade finance, etc.) and the SME ecosystem is a strong advantage.
