Receivable jobs in Singapore

Our client, a well‑known company is looking for candidates for the position of Accounts Assistant.

• Assist in accounts receivable (A/R) and accounts payable (A/P) processes.
• Oversee fund transfers between pooling accounts and maintain accurate journal entries.
• Regularly update the cashbook and monitor fund balances; prepare bank reconciliations.
• Prepare quarterly Goods and Services Tax (GST) documentation for filing.
• Assist with monthly recharge billing to related entities and maintain monthly audit schedules.
• Assist in compiling and preparing monthly reports for management review.
• Provide operational support, including arranging bank couriers and collecting correspondence.
• Support additional accounts‑related tasks as required.

• Minimum of 1‑2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Higher Nitec, LCCI or Diploma in Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous.
• Available for full‑time employment, with an immediate or short notice start preferred.
