Job summary
A leading engineering firm located in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual for accounting responsibilities. The role includes daily data entry of invoices, reconciliation of accounts, and support for finance operations. Candidates should possess a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills, and have a positive attitude towards learning. Responsibilities
- Daily data entry of invoices in the accounting record.
- Support day-to-day finance operations.
- Handle Human Resources and payroll matters.

- Daily data entry of invoices in the accounting record
- Reconciliation of Account Receivable / Payable
- Update the Account Receivable aging report and send out SOA
- Prepare General proof of payment such as expenses and personnel claims.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by superior
- Support day-to-day finance operations
- Assisting in a full set of accounts, including monthly/quarterly/yearly accounting closing
- Ensure documents (hard & soft copy) are filed promptly and accurately
- Intercompany transactions, and reconciliations
- Handling of Human Resources and payroll matters.
- Assist in office admin jobs
- Diploma in Accountancy, ISCA, ACCA, or other equivalent professional qualifications
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Meticulous and organized individual with strong initiatives
- Positive work attitudes and willingness to learn
- Proficient with MS Office and comfortable learning
- Knowledge of MYOB and Xero will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Monday to Friday
