Position Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager to drive 1FSS and MOHH Project Management Office and Resilience. The Manager is expected to
Drive project excellence across all IT projects / digital initiatives
Project setup and resourcing
Project QA
Oversight of all IT projects, including monitoring and highlight level reporting
Role & Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be reporting into the Deputy Director for MOHH CIO Office and be responsible to
Introduce / Drive Project Management excellence across all IT / digital projects
Close tracking and monitoring progress of all IT projects / digital initiatives
Work with IT business partners and external stakeholders for project startup and formation
Execute tender for third party service provider to implement project (if applicable)
Setup and support project governance model for each project
Help to develop project structure and resource project
Track and measure status of all IT projects / digital initiatives
Assist to resolve project related issues
Define and carry out project QA approach and process
Help to support in project audit activities, including post implementation audit and proper project closure
Requirements
Degree in IT or healthcare professionals with degree and equivalent experience
At least 8-10 years' experience in running project/ program management office with oversight of at least 5 - 6 projects at any one time
Strong project management framework knowledge and proven implementation experience
PMP Certified Preferred
Experience and in tuned with latest and advanced digital technologies
Excellent internal / external stakeholder engagement skills
Strong negotiation skills
Strong vendor management skills
Strong communication skills - articulate in both written and spoken language
Excellent analytical skills and strong multi-tasking capability
