Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s CRM platform, data infrastructure, AI mechanisms, and related integrations

• Collaborate with PMO, Marketing, and CSO to build a customer journey-based data classification model

• Develop systems for color/emotion-based segmentation and behavior-triggered automation

• Implement automated reporting, modeling, and data processing frameworks

• Ideally also possess experience in operations system setup or hardware integration if needed

Required Competencies:

• Strong technical and conceptual planning skills – not a basic IT support role

• Proficient in at least one CRM / ERP / BI platform

• Experience in data analysis, behavioral data interpretation, and hands-on AI deployment is preferred

• Candidates with tech frontline training experience (e.g., Tech PM or Tech Trainer) will have an advantage
