Ex Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a skilled professional to manage its CRM platform and data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in data analysis, AI deployment, and CRM systems, with a focus on driving automation and enhancing customer insights. This role emphasizes collaboration across teams to develop effective data classification models and implement automated solutions.
Manage the company’s CRM platform, data infrastructure, AI mechanisms, and related integrations
Collaborate with PMO, Marketing, and CSO to build a customer journey-based data classification model
Develop systems for color/emotion-based segmentation and behavior-triggered automation
Implement automated reporting, modeling, and data processing frameworks
Ideally also possess experience in operations system setup or hardware integration if needed
Strong technical and conceptual planning skills – not a basic IT support role
Proficient in at least one CRM / ERP / BI platform
Experience in data analysis, behavioral data interpretation, and hands-on AI deployment is preferred
Candidates with tech frontline training experience (e.g., Tech PM or Tech Trainer) will have an advantage
