As a Counsellor (Family Wellness Centre), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Support the smooth running of the temporary office in the East area and manage operations at the upcoming Family Wellness Centre in HSS.

  • Build partnerships and make referrals to ensure families receive the right support and care.

  • Guide and support Social Work Associates and Programme Coordinators in their duties.

  • Create and run parenting talks and activities tailored to the needs of schools and parent groups.

  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and evaluations to design relevant programmes for families in the HSS region.

  • Keep programme records and reports up to date for monthly and yearly reviews.

  • Review feedback and evaluations regularly to improve service quality and meet targets.

  • Work with the Head to ensure services meet MSF’s quality and performance standards.

  • Deliver MSF-approved family programmes, such as Triple P (Levels 2–4), Signposts, Purposeful Play, Topical Talks, and e-PREP.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology or related disciplines.

  • At least 4 -5 years of social services experiences with be preferred.

  • MSF certified with experience in Family Life Education with school related exposure would be added advantage.

  • Proficient in marriage and parenting programmes according to the prescribed MSF service model.
