MediaPlanning&Strategy:

• Developandexecutefull-funnelmediaplansacrossdigitalandtraditionalchannels,ensuringalignmentwithbusinessobjectives.
• Drivestrategicmediarecommendationsandidentifyopportunitiestoenhancecampaignperformance.
• Ensurecross-channelintegrationacrosspaidsearch,social,display,programmatic,andofflinechannels.

Client&StakeholderManagement:

• Serveastheday-to-daypointofcontactforclient’sstakeholders,ensuringsmoothcommunicationandalignment.
• Manageexpectations,providestrategicguidance,andpresentmediaperformanceinsightstoclients.
• Workcloselywiththeactivationteamtooverseecampaignexecutionandensureflawlessdelivery.

Cross-TeamCollaboration:

• Liaisewithinternalteams,includingCreative,Data,andAnalytics,toensurecampaignassetsandtrackingareoptimized.
• Workwiththeprojectmanagementteamtoalignontimelines,deliverables,andreporting.
• Collaboratewithfinanceandprocurementteamsonbudgetmanagementandreconciliation.

CampaignExecution&Optimization:

• Overseethelaunch,tracking,andoptimizationofmediacampaigns,ensuringefficiencyandeffectiveness.
• Analyzeperformancedata,extractinsights,andrecommendreal-timeoptimizations.
• EnsurecampaignsaredeliveringagainstKPIsandproposeactionableimprovements.

Reporting&PerformanceAnalysis:

• Developandpresentregularperformancereportstoclients,highlightingkeytakeawaysandrecommendations.
• WorkwiththedataandBIteamtoensurecorrecttrackingandattributionforperformanceanalysis.
• Monitorindustrytrendsandemergingtechnologiestocontinuouslyrefinemediastrategies.

• Minimum5yearsofexperienceinpaidmediaplanningandactivation(agencyexperiencepreferred).
• Strongunderstandingofcross-channelmediabuying,includingpaidsearch,social,programmatic,display,andvideo.
• Experienceinclient-facingroles,withtheabilitytomanagemultiplestakeholders.
• Strongprojectmanagementskillsandtheabilitytocoordinatewithmultipleteams.
• Data-drivenmindsetwithexperienceincampaignanalysisandperformancereporting.
• ProficiencyinGoogleAds,MetaAdsManager,DV360,andothermediaplatforms.
• Excellentcommunication,organizational,andproblem-solvingskills.
