Our client is in the media industry, specializing in talent casting for film, advertisement and TV productions. We are seeking a detail-oriented, imaginative individual with strong directing abilities and exceptional interpersonal skills to join us as a Casting Assistant. Your role will involve assisting in sourcing, casting, and auditioning actors and talents for our clients' projects, ranging from local TV commercials to major Hollywood films. Responsibilities:

Casting: Identify the perfect fit for each project, whether it\'s a professional artist or an impromptu street cast. Be resourceful and persistent in securing the right individual, as you might discover the next big star!

Filming: Operate the camera and help talents showcase their best performances. Direct talents effectively to elicit their top performance.

Talent Management: Communicate with talents regarding various projects and shoots, understanding their individual strengths and weaknesses. Ensure they are well cared for on set and have a positive experience during shoots.

Requirements:

• Background in Media, Film, or Production (either qualifications or work experience)
• Excellent command of English and proficiency in at least one other language
