As a Staff Engineer - Maintenance, you will be responsible for setting up and driving effective indicators to measure maintenance performance, such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Unscheduled Downtime (UDT), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and Preventive Maintenance (PM) Fulfillment. You will also drive preventive maintenance systematic compliance, perform regular PM, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment to ensure safety, high availability, and reliability.
