Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with 1–2 years of relevant design/engineering experience are welcome.
• Experience should include the design of mechanical components, jigs, fixtures, or assemblies.
• Preference for candidates with hands-on experience in full system-level mechanical design.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of mechanical components for semiconductor packaging equipment.
• Prepare 2D/3D CAD drawings and technical documentation using SolidWorks.
• Support prototype fabrication, testing, and validation of mechanical designs.
