Job summary

A leading lift services company in Singapore is seeking a Lift Technician for Service Quality Assurance. This full-time role involves providing technical support, conducting inspections on equipment, and resolving issues promptly. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in lift or building maintenance and be proficient in Microsoft Office tools. This position offers a monthly salary of up to $3010 plus allowances and bonuses. Applicants who can start immediately are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in lift/building maintenance.
• Possession of Triple E certification is an added advantage.
• Access to own a motorbike for work-related travel.

Responsibilities

• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5.15pm
• Monthly Salary: up to $3010 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Provide technical support to managers and senior engineers in equipment installation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Conduct inspections on newly installed or serviced equipment to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
• Plan and implement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Investigate technical issues and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommended corrective actions.
• Participate in committee activities when assigned, ensuring accurate documentation and calibration of instruments.
• Support the development of junior team members through training and mentorship.
• Perform additional tasks as directed to contribute to departmental objectives.

Requirements
