Job summary
A reputable engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to oversee outsourced maintenance service providers and support various building projects. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering and has at least 5 years of experience in ACMV settings, particularly in healthcare environments. Responsibilities include auditing service standards and planning upgrades. Competitive salary offered.

- At least 5 years of experience in ACMV Setting in Healthcare Environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance service providers.
- Audit and monitor the service standards.
- Support the Head of Department and Building Managers in projects.
- Coordinate and support the companies projects and minor works.
- Planning and overseeing upgrades and improvements.
Education
- Oversee the performance of outsourced maintenance service providers for civil and building systems, ensuring functionality and serviceability at all times.
- Audit and monitor the service standards of specialist vendors and outsourced maintenance providers.
- Support the Head of Department and Building Managers in capital replacements, system upgrades, and building improvement projects.
- Coordinate and support the companies projects and minor works.
- Planning and overseeing upgrades and improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in ACMV Setting in Healthcare Environment
