Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain food packaging and processing machines.
• Troubleshoot machine errors when problems arise.
• Work closely with logistics on installation and parts delivery.
• Liaise with suppliers for parts logistics.
• Monitor and report customer feedback.
• Design training plans for new employee onboarding.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
