The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in machinery maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience with CNC fabrication equipment is essential. This role involves collaborating with engineers and ensures the efficient operation of all machinery being utilized.

Job Description

• Responsible for manufacturing & maintaining machinery
• Work directly with the fabrication and maintenance of machinery
• Fabricate, operate and repair machines and machine tools
• Setting up machines prior to production as well monitoring and correcting them as needed
• Work with programmers, engineers and manufacturers to ensure that machines are functional and efficient
• Must be able to handle physical work, as well having an understanding of the entire production process from beginning to end, regardless of their specialty area
• Technical and problem‑solving skills are also essential
• Operate CNC fabrication equipment following engineering and manufacturing prints and documentation making adjustment for production jobs including; setup and operation of all equipment/cranes with stops, clamps, fixtures, tooling and offsets to produce consistent quality parts

Job Requirements

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent
• Good team player, positive working attitude and open to learn new technology
• Detail-oriented, able to multi‑task in fast paced environment
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel overseas with short notice
