Job summary
A specialized engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Technical Development expert to formulate inspection plans and develop commissioning strategies for semiconductor facilities. The position requires over 10 years of experience in the semiconductor sector, with strong knowledge in high purity process systems. Responsibilities include driving digitalization of operations and providing coaching to site teams across Southeast Asia. Competitive compensation is offered for qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- 10+ years working experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Expert level knowledge of high purity process systems and process piping systems.
- Intimate knowledge of equipment and distribution systems for process chemicals and gases.
Responsibilities
- Formulate inspection plans for semiconductor facilities.
- Develop commissioning plans aligned with customer specifications.
- Drive digitalization of site operations.
Skills
Education
Formulate inspection plans and best known methods for the inspection, installation and qualification ofprocess systems used in semiconductor facilities.
Formulate inspection plans and best known methods for the inspection installation and qualification ofElectrical, Civil and Mechanical systems in Semiconductor facilities.
Develop commissioning plans for semiconductor process systems that are aligned with customer specifications, vendor instructions and best know methods in the industry
Drive digitalization of site operations including performance dash boards, databases and online tools forcollaboration
Coaching, mentoring, and training of site teams across Southeast Asia
Strong knowledge of MS excel, MS access/SQL is a requirement for the position
Recognized mechanical, process, or chemical engineering qualifications.
Semiconductor and/or construction industry certifications.
Expert level knowledge of high purity process systems and process piping systems for semiconductor systems. Ideal client should have greater than 10 years working experience in the semiconductor industry with intimate knowledge of equipment and distributionsystems for process chemicals and process gases.
