Lift Technician - Service Quality Assurance
Lift Industry | Inspection Role | 5 days only

• Work Location: Various locations within Mainland Singapore
• Office Location: Jurong East, Singapore
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5.15pm
• Monthly Salary: up to $3010 + Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus (VB)
• Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility

• Provide technical support to managers and senior engineers in equipment installation, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Conduct inspections on newly installed or serviced equipment to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
• Plan and implement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Investigate technical issues and prepare detailed reports with findings and recommended corrective actions.
• Participate in committee activities when assigned, ensuring accurate documentation and calibration of instruments.
• Support the development of junior team members through training and mentorship.
• Perform additional tasks as directed to contribute to departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years relevant working experience in lift/building maintenance
• Possession of Triple E certification is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Access to own a motorbike for work-related travel
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
