Job summary
A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Sales Executive / Senior Sales professional to drive client relationships in landscaping solutions. The role requires at least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in landscaping or FMCG. Responsibilities include cultivating client connections, collaborating with the sales team for upselling, and maintaining long-term client partnerships. Competitive salary package and bonuses available. Position initially based at Bedok, transitioning to Choa Chu Kang after 6 months.

Client is specializing in providing Landscaping solutions like plant rental services, festive decoration, plants for event for businesses and industry in financial, healthcare, commercial property, residential property, retail and education.
- Additionally, you will cultivate and strengthen connections with new and existing clients, comprehensively understanding their requirements, offering tailored solutions, and introducing new or alternative products to address their needs.
- You will work closely with the sales team, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to identify, upsell and cross-sell opportunities for potential and existing clients.
- You will play a crucial role maintaining long-term partnerships and maximizing revenue from new and existing clients, for the company.
- Preferable profiles with at least 2 years of sales experience in landscaping sector.
- Those with sales experience in FMCG background is welcome to apply
- Comfortable with hunter sales role in getting new leads and clients, transport allowance claimable for site visit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
- Understand clients' needs, business objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Provide consultation and proposals for indoor plants and landscape solutions.
- Managing new and existing client accounts.
- Act as the point of contact for clients and ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients.
- Focus on acquiring new customers to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Additionally, aim to achieve revenue retention and growth from existing customers
- Negotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback.
- Work closely with other departments such as operations, accounts, and CRS team.
- Ensure a coordinated approach to client management.
- Share insights and feedback from clients to improve products and services.
- Monitor and report on sales performance.
