Job summary

A growth-focused fintech company based in Singapore is looking for an Investment Manager to lead all fundraising activities. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in investment banking or venture capital, a proven track record in equity fundraising, and deep familiarity with the investor landscape in Asia. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Team and manage the end-to-end capital raise process while building strong relationships with investors.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital or private placement/capital raising.
• Proven track record of leading or playing a key role in equity fundraising rounds.
• Deep familiarity with the investor landscape across family offices, VC, strategic fintech investors.

Responsibilities

• Define, drive, and refine the fundraising strategy.
• Own the capital raise process end-to-end, coordinating investor due diligence.
• Cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing investors.
