Job summary
A leading electronics company in Singapore is seeking an experienced AC Tech Support Expert to provide technical knowledge and support for air conditioning products. You will assist in analyzing product and installation failures while working closely with Customer Service and technical teams. Ideal candidates should have a diploma in engineering, and at least 5 years of service experience in a technical environment, preferably with HVAC knowledge. This role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a service role within a technical/mechanical building engineering environment.
- HVAC knowledge preferred.
- Ability to improve established processes based on field requests.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to solve issues for air conditioning products and control systems.
- Develop and implement control solutions ensuring optimal performance.
- Collect ‘Voice Of Customer’ feedback for service improvements.
