A leading cloud service provider in Singapore is offering a unique traineeship program aimed at IT early careers and professionals. Over 12 months, trainees will receive both classroom and on-the-job training, involving hands-on experience in Data center operations. Key responsibilities include performing server installations, troubleshooting hardware issues, and collaborating with internal teams on projects. Ideal candidates hold diplomas in relevant fields and have a passion for IT infrastructure. Successful trainees may transition to full-time positions.

Qualifications

  • Diploma Holders in relevant IT fields or Technical education with working experience.
  • Basic knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts.
  • Strong interest in IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation and configurations on Data center Servers and Network systems.
  • Troubleshoot and replace hardware parts of Servers and Network devices.
  • Maintain high system reliability by prioritizing trouble tickets.

Skills

Installation and configurations on Data center Servers and Network systems
Troubleshooting and replacement of hardware parts
Knowledge of Cloud computing technologies
