We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Payroll Assistant to join our finance team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees in accordance with local regulations and internal policies.

• Maintain payroll records, handle statutory submissions and ensure timely salary payments.

• Address payroll-related queries and coordinate with HR on employee changes and updates.

• Support accounts payable functions including invoice processing, payment runs and vendor reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate records for both payroll and AP functions and support audits and month-end closings.

• Provide general support for finance and HR administration as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of solid payroll experience (multi-country payroll experience is a plus).

• Familiarity with statutory payroll requirements and systems (e.g. CPF, IRAS if Singapore-based).

• Experience in accounts payable processes including invoice and payment handling.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Excel.

• Meticulous, organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance or HR-related field preferred.
