Reporting & Coordination:
Report directly to the Product Manager, SEA (Gasket & Sealing), and provide regular updates on all relevant product matters.
Global Liaison:
Coordinate with the Global Product Team on product-related activities on a monthly basis or as required, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and initiatives.
Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance and expertise to the sales team and customers, ensuring timely and accurate support for product-related inquiries or issues.
Inventory Management:
Oversee and manage product inventory to support the company’s operational and sales requirements, maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing obsolescence.
Business Execution:
Implement business strategies and sales plans as developed by Management, contributing actively to the achievement of commercial targets and operational goals.
Site Work & Flexibility:
Attend on-site activities as needed. Must be flexible with working hours during critical phases of major projects.
Additional Duties:
Carry out any other assignments, duties, or projects as directed by your immediate supervisor, in line with business needs.
Education & Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Technical certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in product application management, technical sales support, or inventory coordination—preferably within an industrial or B2B environment.
Technical Knowledge:
Solid understanding of product specifications, applications, and technical troubleshooting, especially gasket and sealing-related products. Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation is preferred.
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable liaising with cross-functional teams across regions, including global counterparts.
Analytical & Organisational Skills:
Capable of managing inventory data, forecasting demand, and supporting business planning with accuracy and attention to detail.
Adaptability:
Willingness to work at customer sites as needed. Must be flexible with working hours, especially during peak project periods.
Team Player:
Collaborative mindset with a proactive attitude towards solving problems and supporting the team.
IT Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP B1) is a plus.
