Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Food Technologist/Senior Food Technologist to develop new food products and ensure compliance with food legislation. The ideal candidate should have significant R&D experience in the baking industry and must possess baking skills. This position involves working closely with sales and internal teams to innovate and provide technical support while maintaining the highest standards of food safety in a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in R&D for Food Technologist or 5 years for Senior Food Technologist.
- Experience in flour milling and bakery industries required.
- Able to travel overseas for projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and apply food improvers for cake products.
- Provide technical support and conduct live demonstrations.
- Record methods and findings of projects.
- Maintain hygiene and safe working standards.
