Job summary

A waste management company in Singapore is seeking a Laboratory Technician to assist with technical development projects and manage laboratory inventory. Responsibilities include conducting analyses, maintaining equipment, and ensuring good housekeeping. Candidates should possess a minimum of NITEC or Diploma in Chemistry or related fields, along with good analytical and communication skills. This role offers a remuneration between $2,500 and $2,800, with additional benefits including transport allowance and a sign-on bonus.

  • Purchase lab items and maintain inventory of all laboratory facilities/equipment.
  • Conduct laboratory analysis and reporting.
  • Check, record, and report on inventory of laboratory supplies.
  • Carry out calibration and maintenance of all laboratory equipment.
  • Ensure good housekeeping in the laboratory.
  • Follow existing system and documentation procedures.
  • Update relevant records.
  • Work harmoniously with colleagues.

Remuneration
  • Basic: $2,500 – $2,800
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm); Saturday (8am – 12pm)
  • Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate manages own transport
  • Sign-on Bonus (Terms & Conditions apply)
