1. Conceptualize, design, and execute visually compelling graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms.
2. Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling for brand campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
3. Collaborate with marketing, social media, and content teams to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
4. Design eye-catching visuals for social media posts, banners, website assets, and promotional content.
5. Work on branding projects, including logos, packaging, and merchandise designs.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, color palettes, typography, and visual design innovations.
7. Manage multiple design projects, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely deliveries.
8. Oversee photo editing, retouching, and visual enhancements for high-end fashion and lifestyle content.
9. Create mood boards, design presentations, and brand guidelines for internal and client projects.
10. Coordinate with printers, production teams, and vendors for high-quality print execution.

• Proven experience as an Art Director, Graphic Designer, or similar role in a marketing/advertising agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills in branding, digital, and print media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and animation is a plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch is beneficial.
• Ability to take creative briefs and translate them into visually stunning designs.
• Strong attention to detail, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead creative brainstorming sessions and provide art direction to the team.
