Facilities Management Technician
Job summary
A facilities management company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee daily operational activities in a commercial building. The role includes addressing tenant enquiries and performing maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems. Candidates should have at least a Nitec in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 2 years' experience in facilities management. Rotating shifts are required for this position.
Qualifications
- Min 2 years of working experience in facilities management or ACMV.
- Ability to perform preventive and breakdown technical support.
- Available for rotating shifts.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational activities in a commercial building.
- Attend to tenants' enquiries, needs, and complaints.
- Conduct maintenance for mechanical/electrical services.
Skills
Education
- In charge of performing daily operational activities in commercial building which includes attending to tenants' enquiries, needs and complaints.
- Responsible in performing preventive and breakdown technical support and maintenance for mechanical/electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, Aircon servicing and maintenance, ACMV systems, chillers, and electrical control
- Min Nitec in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
- Min 2 years of working experience in facilities management/ ACMV
- Rotating shift is requried
