Job summary
A leading technology company in Singapore is seeking a skilled ICT Infrastructure Manager to manage and support network, server, and desktop operations. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in enterprise ICT infrastructure management and strong knowledge of security and data centre operations. This role offers opportunities to oversee projects and work with various teams to ensure sustainable operations.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years’ experience in enterprise ICT infrastructure management.
- Experience in data centre operations.
- Familiarity with government IT infrastructure is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support ICT infrastructure (network, servers, backup, desktop).
- Oversee data centre and server room operations.
- Execute infrastructure projects and enhancements.
Skills
Education
- Manage and support ICT infrastructure (network, servers, backup, desktop).
- Oversee data centre and server room operations to ensure service continuity.
- Execute infrastructure projects and enhancements in collaboration with teams and vendors.
- Monitor, maintain, and resolve infrastructure issues with service providers.
- Handle procurement, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Support application systems and architecture governance to ensure sustainable operations.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in enterprise ICT infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of network/server technologies and infrastructure security.
- Experience in data centre operations, vendor management, and networking.
- Familiarity with government IT infrastructure (advantageous).
- Proactive, organised, and strong communication skills.
