Job summary
A leading educational institution is seeking an Executive for Operations in Data Management and Administration. This role involves providing front-desk support, managing client appointments, and handling data effectively at the University Counselling Centre. The ideal candidate should possess a related Bachelor's degree, with at least three years of relevant experience and proficiency in data analysis tools like Microsoft Power BI and Advanced Excel. This opportunity offers a dynamic work environment in Kent Ridge Campus, Singapore.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams.
- Good knowledge of front-end and data visualization tools for analytics applications.
Responsibilities
- Schedule client appointments and manage email inquiries.
- Extract and tabulate data for reporting and decision-making.
- Support planning and logistics for departmental events.
