Assistant Manager (Centre for Language Studies)

Job Description

This is an Opencontract position.

The candidate will report to the Head of Admin. Broadly, he/she is required to provide secretariat support to the Director and Head of Admin (HOA) and assist HOA and admin colleagues in the daily operations of the general office, helm undergraduate work and be involved in some parts of the Centre’s CET expansion plans.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide Secretariat support to the Director and HOA.
  • Support Undergraduate language program.
  • CET program.
  • Daily office operations.
Qualifications
  • The candidate should possess a university degree, with at least 3 years of working experiences. Be proficient in Microsoft software and willing to learn new systems and adaptable to new processes.
  • A team player and part of the administrative team in the Centre, the candidate must possess strong positive initiative and zest to deliver excellent customer service, whilst able to prioritise work and multi-task under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, the candidate must be conversant and able to communicate with all levels of clients.
