With multiple outlets and a growing real estate portfolio, we’re ready to scale, and we’re looking for a dynamic Managing Director to lead the way.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership:
Drive business strategy, growth plans, and long-term vision in line with the founder’s direction.
• Operations Oversight:
Lead daily operations across F&B outlets, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and service quality.
• Team Management:
Build and lead high-performing teams, including outlet managers, kitchen crew, and support staff.
• Financial Management:
Oversee P&L, budgeting, and cost control to ensure sustainable profitability.
• Business Development:
Identify opportunities for expansion (e.g., new outlets, collaborations, franchising, or licensing).
• Brand Growth:
Work with marketing and branding teams to strengthen Namtown’s identity and market presence.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
Liaise with the Founder, investors, suppliers, and landlords to align operational goals with business strategy.
Requirements
• Minimum 8–10 years of leadership experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality
• Proven track record of managing multi-outlet operations or scaling a business
• Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Halal or Asian cuisine operations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field; MBA preferred
