Responsibilities
Facilitate & coordinate the maintenance and infrastructure management of facility equipment.
Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on chiller units, FCUs, Cold & Freezer room refrigeration systems, Electrical Systems, BMS, and Temperature Monitoring systems.
Make sure all maintenance activities are detailed thoroughly and align with safety regulations.
Coordinate with vendors to procure necessary equipment and negotiate contracts.
Able to assess maintenance priorities and strategies.
Collaborate with team members to successfully implement facility management programs.
Able to perform technical risk assessment on process/equipment and provide mitigation plan accordingly.
Constantly looking for continuous improvement for cost, process & equipment to support business growth.
Support Facilities documentation requirement (Raise Change controls, update SOPs, Layout diagrams, Maintenance and Service Records and Risk Assessment).
Support CAPEX projects for business growth eg sourcing of new equipment and coordinate qualification/validation process (IQ, OQ, PQ).
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)
Support and promote health, safety, environment and participation in the safety committee.
Evaluate health and safety practice and procedures for risk assessment and following local guidelines.
Investigate accidents and take necessary preventive measures.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education
Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facility management, other engineering fields can be considered.
Prior experience in Pharma or cold chain industry is highly preferred.
Proven experience in managing infrastructure and maintenance of facility equipment.
Knowledge and Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with Autocad is advantageous.
Able to read and understand system schematic diagrams.
Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
Self-motivated with strong teamwork and leadership skills.
Ability to standby for recall after office hours.

Strong procurement and negotiation skills with vendors.
