Job summary
A leading company in the Material Handling Equipment and Construction Equipment industry is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth and manage a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop strategic relationships. This role involves overseeing the entire sales process and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective project implementation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with 2-3 years in MHE or Construction Equipment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth in the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Construction Equipment industry.
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to drive sales performance.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding the company's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the industry.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective project implementation and after-sales support.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to effectively position the company's products and services.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies in the MHE and Construction Equipment sector.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in the MHE or Construction Equipment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
