A multinational retail company located in Singapore is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to oversee day-to-day operations. You will lead a team to ensure excellent customer service, implement sales strategies, and maintain visual merchandising standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of retail management experience. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential.
Competenze
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in an MNC environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations including visual merchandising and inventory management.
