A prominent non-profit organization in Singapore is seeking a candidate to lead its organizational efforts, ensure effective performance consulting, and manage strategic initiatives. The role requires 5 to 7 years of relevant experience and a degree in any field. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills, and is expected to work both independently and in a team. Responsibilities include financial planning, mentoring staff, and representing the organization in various initiatives.
The jobholder (2‑year contract) leads MENDAKI’s efforts in enhancing its organisational capability and ensuring that supporting internal processes allow the organisation to operate smoothly. He is responsible for strategising and conceptualising plans for the organisation. The incumbent is expected to work from between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm on weekdays and may be required to work over weekends and public holidays to support the organisation's events. Although he/she is largely expected to work in an indoor environment, he/she is also expected to travel out of the office for meetings.
